We are currently seeking a successful sales professional base in Minnesota to sell their innovative products throughout a geographic region. The qualified candidate will have successful direct selling experience and will be responsible for identifying opportunities and driving them through closure within the territory. Position description:
Our client is seeking a sales over-achiever with excellent communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota through direct sales process. Successful applicants possess a storage industry reputation for competence, professionalism, integrity, and a passion for winning. Under limited direction meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect and close named accounts against established competition. Must maintaining accurate forecasting and clear management communication. Drive reference able customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts.
 
Required skills:
•             5-7+ years of highly successful experience selling storage, networking, or other data-center centric product offerings
•             Direct selling experience required
•             Must have experience in a startup or small company (most recent 2-4 years)
•             Experience selling a new/single product line; especially against brand
•             Hard working, driven, competitive and highly creative
•             Strong hunter mentality with experience and success opening new accounts
•             Consistent history of exceeding quota
•             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
