We are working with a nationwide utilities construction company who has asked for our help finding a Controller for its Melbourne, FL office. They also have the same job in their Cincinnati, OH office. Position has 10 reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciple. Minimum 5 years experience as a Controller at a CONSTRUCTION company essential. (Can be any type of construction) Must be computer savvy, with impeccable analytical and organizational skills.

This position will be responsible for 4 sites. Some of the responsibilities include participating in the development of the company's strategic plans, maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, and overseeing the operations of the accounting department. Monitor the financial status of the company, prepare monthly financial statements, monthly cost reports, compile and analyze financial reporting packages and preparation of monthly and annual operation budgets. Provide leadership and support to job costing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable departments. This position has 10 reports
