Job Description

Manage all office personnel and office responsibilities including: 
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Shipping
• Receiving
• Purchase orders of assets
• Maintain all personnel / Medical files
• Identify inefficiencies on day to day office activities

Inventory manager
• Responsible for all raw and finished goods inventory
• Maintain accurate counts and balance to general ledger
• Make sure cycle counts are being done as well as end of year total inventory count

Computer system owner
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Perform audits of data to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate server and application updates as needed
• Work with I.T. on system issues

Insurance record keeping
 • Health insurance
 • Supplemental insurance
 • General Business insurance
 • Work Comp
 • Responsible for all compliance's on OSHA record keeping
Qualifications and Experience:
Computer skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook
Knowledge of SQL and Term Server helpful.
Bachelor Degree or higher
5 years in office environment
3 years proven track record as successful Office Manager
3 Manufacturing environment and understanding of Mfg operations
Experience with bookkeeping and accounting
Experience with inventory management
