Job Description

An industry leader in Building Automation Systems seeks a Senior Account Manager for their Chicago territory. The Senior Account Manager will develop strong relationships with assigned customers and establish new accounts.  This role also serves as a liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of systems, including projects and service agreements.

The Senior Account Manager develops and executes strategies for new customers to increase business in the assigned market. The focus will be on developing solutions and on the implementation of company services and offerings.  Keys to the position include development of territory management plans and implementation of an aggressive strategy to meet overall sales goals.

Requirements for the Senior Account Manager include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of sales experience in the Building Automation field
  • Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided)
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment
